Get your clothes ready. If brining two sets, ensure they're both complete and ready.
Get your mask ready.
Get any leaflets, signs, cake etc ready.
Set your Alarms - we don't want you oversleeping.
Charge your cameras/phones etc. Also, those with camera's may wish to empty the memory card just in case.
Prepare your drinks. e.g water. - meant to be hot, these WILL be needed.
Straws may be a huge help to the above as well.

KNOW THE BASICS. Make sure you can at least explain all of the basic problems and stories. Some people will know more, some won't, but everyone should at least know the basic information.

Anything I've missed?

Can I add, on the "Do not obstruct" rule.
We did a poor job of that at the last one.
Well we did a decen job but some people were just plain stupid, one family were trying to get by, there was a perfectly good route round (by going past the Co$) but they decided to just turn the other way looking as if they'd just eaten a couple of lemons and half a lime.
So can we stay open to (stupid looking) passers by who will see you standing SOMEWHERE as an obstruction.
We know that if people get angry and see us as a threat they may complain to the fuzz.

^ This. We need to do a much better job of keeping the pathways open.

What me and my group did was went into the bullring. Near selfridges (as you're walking towards it (bottom floor I believe)) go left, towards the toilets.
There are some lockers here (juct in case, we used them but £3 :s) and there are toilets here, or upstairs in the same spot. Just next to these are the exit doors, we got told to take the masks off (my long hair came into play over the face just to stay hidden) as we were taking our time, but if you walk straight out, towards the palisades (that's the one with the station right?) and it's a few minutes walk from there :)

Not a great explanation but it worked for me.
