Last time I was expecting large numbers, and although there was only (I saw only, but seriously it was awesome!) only 50 of us, I wasn't disapointed at all.

Don't go in thinking it'll be so massive, but I can certainly see it being alot bigger than last time. Purely because of the people that didn't go expecting no one to turn up.

We had a list of 50 registered on enturb, plus about 15 guests I think. So with those that aren't part of enturb, and those that decide to turn up as a result of all the flyers and YFTC cards, I'd say maybe 150 ish as a rough estimate.

it's alot more known this time to be fair, the more the better! it would be cool to get anon t shirts but its so expensive..

Spreadshirt(.com?) will make t-shirts for a decent price, to any design you want. But someone posted up a site in which they had 2 t-shirts to buy.

If everyone one the list just posted, brings just 2 friends along them your looking at 135 people. They bring 3 it's 180 people.

so i reckon between 130 and 200 could easily attend this maybe up to 300 if there a good turn out.

Hi, guys.

When it comes to numbers we're looking for an actual estimate, not a hopeful one. As far as reporting numbers to the police are concerned we're only responsible for the people we KNOW are coming, not any people who just randomly turn up on the day. Also, suddenly saying a number like 200 to them may well make them very worried so let's keep it realistic. If you think you will be bringing 3-5 people with you I'll put you down as +3 until you give confirmation that the other 2 will be coming as well. Please keep me updated here and I'll post the revised list at regular intervals so we can keep up to date with numbers.

While 200 would be great, it would also be difficult to organise and we'd need to bring more hi-vis jackets. If anyone has or can get hold of such a jacket then please bring it on the day. Even if it's not used it'll be a good safeguard.

I've found another 2 hi-viz, (orange half-vests), so with TheDudeWhoWearsTheNirvanaShirt's hi-viz we are within the police's recommended 1 steward per 30 protesters (IIRC from the original emails for the 10th)

I've yet to check the saturday train times but from here to brum give or take major rail fuck ups will take about 4/5 hours... Worth it though... and this time I'll have friends to make the journey seem shorter.

I think I might be bringing a friend, they're going to let me know closer to the time.

I've got a few friends, probably 4, not sure how freaked out they will get though, and I have my doubts about their behavior, though I have throughly explained the situation to them, and they should keep in line.

Would it not be best to only bring people who really want to be there, who really believe that a change has to be made? If someone asks them why they're here saying "For the fun of it" is really gonna be bad for us.

I know having lots of people there will seem cool, but only bring people that know why they are there. I'm missing grand slam day for this.. and believe me thats a big sacrafice for me... but i believe so strongly that something has to be done that i'm coming. Do a little role play with your mates, pretend you're a passer by and really ask them some tough questions about Anonymous and $cientology.

There are a couple that believe something has to be done, One of them probably more strongly than me. But the other two just overheard and said they would probably come, so I'm doing my best to put them off going.
