Therefore we should have a backup plan of a leafleting team which will go just outside the "Free Literature Consent Scheme" area and do the leafleting there.

Good idea. This may actually play to our advantage as it means more people will walk through New Street having already had a quick peruse of a leaflet, which would help remedy the issue that seems to crop up of some people not being able to tell if we're anti or pro scilon. :)

Definitely. If we have any sense we'll spread out too, and cover the main entrance/exit points into the central area. I'd certainly be up for that.
