- "Scientology is not a religion it is a dangerous cult!" is not threatening.

- the use of placards as weapons or to hide faces when asked by police to show is threatening but not as a means to get a message over

- The Chief Prosecutor has written to Superintendent McGinty and told him of the CPS' views


So, we should be able to use Cult as much as we want on Saturday. I will make a few copies of the letter, so that the marshalls can have them if we have any problems.

The letter will be up tonight (as long as scanner works) so anyone who wants to make an A1 poster can certainly do so.
