Title: Memorial flowers.
anonverge - August 15, 2008 08:51 PM (GMT)
This is just a suggestion and may have already been done but why dont we lay bouquets of flowers outside the Scientology center with the names of the people they have killed on.
Think of it through the publics eyes they walk pasts to see people in suits and masks standing in front of a pile of flowers and notes.
Would be quite a sight and make them ask alot of questions.
If its been done before then i am sorry and you may take away my mudkip.

While it could work, it probably won't go ahead for two reasons:
1) Nobody ever goes down Ethel Street
2) Brumanon are generally poor
anonverge - August 15, 2008 08:59 PM (GMT)
True the only people i have seen go down there were my two friend who decided to relive themselves on the Scientology door.

so do it on new street as a wake. Make a coffin from card, robo voice announcement. Just have to tie it in with a date of death.
Anyone know which ones are coming up?

I think the closest high profile anniversary is Lisa McPherson's, 5th December. Also, it's the one most Anon know, and there's plenty of supporting documentation.
Arcania - August 15, 2008 10:51 PM (GMT)
Cov you say? I assume you'll be there tomorrow.
anonverge - August 15, 2008 10:54 PM (GMT)
It would be nice to do it on an actual day of one of the deaths but i don't think a cardboard coffin or flowers wouldn't hold up well in the December weather.

Or August weather, for that matter. A wreath would probably do all year round.
anonverge - August 15, 2008 11:04 PM (GMT)
Or atleast make sure whatever we have is tied up well and weighted down maybe even waterproof.
make sure its ready for everything.
ScudMuffin - August 16, 2008 01:56 AM (GMT)
yeah, waterproof card coffin.
That and a waterproof card headstone, mix some sand and grey matt paint and we can have a stone effect on it. That or flock and spray.
Add some funeralish garb and we're sorted.
Shawn Lonsdale died on feb the 16th. That's the nearest I can think of after Lisa.

I think this one would have the best effect.
Pros
- Close to Christmas so more pedestrians on new street.
- If their is more documentation for her then it will be easier to make leaflets/flyers and such about her.
- Gets dark earlier so maybe candles? just for effect.
Cons
- Possible horrible weather but we can prepare for that.
- Council might not want it happening specially so near to Christmas as new street will probably have that German market on it again and all those stalls.
I havnt covered much so everyone add more!
ScudMuffin - August 16, 2008 07:22 PM (GMT)
I think the Pros outweigh the cons.
Obviously there's the transport side of things for the coffin, broken down into component parts it would work.
We could also go with a pine box theme as an excuse to dress as cowboys.
anonverge - August 16, 2008 08:45 PM (GMT)
You dont need an excuse to dress up like a cowboy
