1. Leaflets are allowed but there are conditions. This means they MUST contain info relevant to our protest against the Co$. If not you risk getting fined.
2. Keep volume of megaphones and amp equipment to a respectable level. If you don't you will be viewed as causing a public nuisance by the police and could get a summons, or at the worst arrested. Half volume for megaphones, or 7 above ambient for speakers is the recommended general rule of thumb. Or just speak to a PCSO or warden on the day.
3. Don't block off areas. Try and stay around the benches and on the junction. The police can act if needed under Section 8 of the Public Order Act 1986.
4. Be wary of what you put on your sign. Check Racial and Religious Hate Crimes Act 2006 and look at clause 29J. That will basically tell you what you can and can't do.
5. Co-operate with police requests if they are reasonable. If you don't think the request is reasonable and you want to debate the issue that's up to you.
If questioned about handing out of leaflets, there will be Anon around with letters which state that we have permission - if like last time, clearly visible.
And again, if questioned about the use of the word "cult" on signs, there are letters which state we can use that as well.
Chances are those with letters will be keeping an eye out for any PCs/PCSOs/Council wardens talking to members of the protest in case said letters are required.

And if the police decied to ignore the letter, call over someone in a hi vis jacket and let the cops talk to them.
