One of the things that causes us the most problems is the inconsistency of the police response.
Scilons call the police. Police officer (A) attends, speaks to them, then comes and speaks to us and tells us to carry on as we are.
Half an hour later the scilons call the police again. Police officer (B.) attends, speaks to them, then comes and speaks to us and tells us we must stop doing X, Y & Z.
If we could get some sort of written aggreement from the police about exactly what is acceptable, then we will not have this problem.
I'm writing a draft at the moment and I'll post it here for approval/suggestions/improvements before we take it any further. Perhaps we could arrange a meeting with a senior police officer?
Any thoughts?

Getting that would be less likely than us finding Xenu.
The police aren't going to tie themselves down with something like that, simply because we'd have a big legal stick with which to hit them with.
Also, we live in a common law country; as such, the police could write something in the agreement that could become illegal the next week because of a case somewhere; they'd be updating it all the time.
The general policing method now is to arrest people and let the CPS handle it later, regardless if it could be sorted on the spot by reading the law.
Meeting with a senior officer may be a good thing however, but I don't know how much more good that would do (in comparison to our excellent record during all our protests).
