http://wikileaks.org/leak/uk-netcu.pdf I can see how we can seem to be in violation of the NETCU from one particular angle, but words "cult" and informing the public about CO$'s acts are not abusive, threatening, harassing or distressing, though some are insulting if you consider the truth to be an insult.
It's more about if it's intended or not. It's not intended to be offensive so we're pretty safe.
