Title: Brumanon: ENVOY TO THE NEW WORLD

mjk - February 3, 2009 10:46 PM (GMT)
Well, seeing as we've started sending people to London, Manchester, etc.

I decided that I will use an upcoming trip to take advantage of locations, therefore:

RUS IS GOING TO OCALA.

MOST OF YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE THE FUCK THAT IS SO: WIKIPEDIA IS UR FRIEND LOL

RUS IS NOT, AND WILL NOT GO TO CLEARWATER. RUS HAS NO DESIRE TO GO TO CLEARWATER. STOP ASKING. -.-

I will be bringing back whatever kinds of things I can think of to show you faggots.
Was thinking that brumanon should engage in good diplomacy and put together a cheap-ass gift of what Britain has to offer (inb4taxes).

IS THIS WIN?

Take a flag, stick it in front of the org, and claim it as British land. It worked when we were building the empire, it'll damn well work now.

Just noticed - this topic number is incidentally 747.

COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT.

fool.
Take some boiled sweets and claim that they're a delicacy in Britain? or a packet of British Cigarettes! Do they have Richmond superking in America?

Richmond Superkings. They're called kings because they're smoked by royalty and they're called Richmond as they originated from the Royal Chatered Town of Richmond. I'm sure they'll buy it. If they open a pack and note the quality of the box and foil paper just say the cigarettes "capture the spirit of rationing and the Blitz". Works every time.

Ocala is only a two hour drive from Clearwater (about the same as Orlando to Clearwater. It would be pretty cool to visit Clam Town USA whilst you are over in that neck of the woods and do a picket.

It would be interesting to get the bus from Ocala to Clearwater, but unfortunately I'm only just managing to get to Ocala. Lawl.

ScudMuffin - February 10, 2009 02:12 AM (GMT)
it's about 10 minutes quicker to get to Clearwater from Orlando that it is to get to Ocala.

if you have two free days you can go to both.

G'day Scud

CLAM CITY USA

Not done the run from Ocala but I have from Orlando (via Busch Gardens) to the Clam Centre back in the days of the Lisa McPhearson Trust. The longest bit, time wise, was from Busch Gardens to Clearwater cos of the traffic, the rest was a doddle. Whichever way you look at it, it is an easy run if you go via the Courtney Campbell Causway (I60), keep going West and you will eventually come across the Fort Harrison North Ave intersection just before the sea, hang a right and you are in the midddle of Clam Town, the Ft Harrison Hotel to your left and the Superpower building to your right - you can't miss either, bl**dy amazing experience!

To Rus: To be so near to the Clam centre of the Universe and not visit is almost a sin (little s). Assuming you can drive, given the relatively low cost of car hire in the US it really would be worth the effort and I am SURE that even if you can't tie in your visit to an Anon demo that the local Anon and Old Guard will turn out to give you support if you tell them you are coming from the UK.

This is zero to 100 mph in celeb status stuff, grab it whilst you can and become a 'real' SP in one swoop. To get some up to date photos of the area would be awsome. Lisa McPhearsons alledged 'death' room is visible from the public walkway to the rear of Ft Harrison Hotel.

Do it if you can and are comfortable doing so, an experience you will NEVER forget.

Have you seen the Floridian bus system? I'm gonna be all over the place just getting to Ocala.

Also, I'm not backing out on Ocalanon, and I can't really put aside more than one day.

Therefore:

I will not be going to Clearwater. I don't want to, I want to go to Ocala. Please stop asking/suggesting :/

Serious Bummer!!

There is a cult centre up I4 from Disneyworld to 1830 East Colonial Drive Orlando, Anon may be still be holding protests there.

Anyway, enjoy meeting up with Mickey and Minnie whilst you are over there.
