As much as i like the second saturday and all that, im hoping for the 21st cuz when i was /r/ing a trip to plymouth i got this response:

Hail back,

Plymouth IRC is usually dead - we tend just to go with the routine and the regular local raiders are all in mobile contact. The address is #plymouth on anonnet or irc.cultwatch.co.uk otherwise - WWP PM works better.

To be frank, I'm not sure there's a lot of life left in us - there was no February raid and I think Jan and Dec were both pretty dead too. That said, getting molested by some Brumfags might help bring us back with righteous idignation.

My vote: Molestation to the highest degree!
Anyones else fancy a raid in plymouth? If so im might be able to get a lift over in which case maybe offering lift to 2/3 others?

(Hyperthetical ideas still, but would be cool)

I took the cheap route last tiome, took 9.5 hours.

expensive route takes 4.

or it's 4.5/5 hours in a car.

Myself and Annanon might be up for this. We will need somewhere to sleep, it's hardly daytrip distance, but I've been speaking to my old mate Ace, who lives down there. He could be able to offer crashing space for 3-4 people (not confirmed though). Utterly beautiful part of the world, and an org almost as downstat as our own - what could be better?!

May come, but as Gal said, its hardly a day trip
more a freaking epic saga

I highly doubt that I could make it (travel costs and explaining away the time away from home), but if by some miracle I can, then I'd be up for it.

You can get there and back in a day quite happily, 3.5 hours each way first class cross country. But it is f**king expensive (£90-£140). I did four hours each way to go to an away match, just got to keep busy.

On the otherhand you can go coach ultracheep (£35 round trip) but it is a three day excursion (fri, sat, sun). Via London.

I'd like to help but it's too far for me.
