Think the '90%' is all the people who now have sci books available in their own language. Perhaps they're aiming to reach them all this weekend? Looks like they've got some pretty mad stats to try and make.

Not sure what you've done so far, but I'd also suggest we go back to the usual of allowing 10 minutes after the meeting for people to turn up, in case of people deciding to go last minute/unannounced. As was the case with Will and myself today.
