Had to go about 1:30ish but had plenty of fun up until then.
Public seemed a little more subdued than usual. No sign of scilons

I loved this raid 8/10. My feet & legs hurt walking around in the parrot outfit but I really caught the attention of the passersby & had many people with a grin on their faces.

NETCU do not make the law. They are a quango that advise police forces (and other stakeholders) on howto apply the law with respect to protests.
If you want to continue with this "pop up protest" rubbish, give us the relevant act, section, byelaw or case law to back it up, else drop it; it wastes our time as much as it wastes your time.
(On an aside, the only reference I can find about "pop up protests" on a government site is here, in a memorandum from, you guessed it, NETCU)
