I gave out less flyers this time. Thus was due to flag waving taking up 50% of my arms.

Oh, nearly forgot. RACIST UPDATE:

For those who didn't see, there was a huge group of anti-islam, bnp or something 'protesting' by the bull. We saw a huge group of them fully encircled by police. Their 'protest' consisted of bunch of chavs making football chants, including some of a racist nature. Bunch of losers.

I left the pub just as things were kicking off. My wife was near ground zero when it happened, I just saw loads of thugs legging it by smiths with cops in tow.
It turned out that a number of asians in the crowd were understandably ticked off at the chanting and started shouting things back. The police pulled the crowds further back and got some vans in between the 'protesters' and 'antiprotesters'. Although she didn't see what made the chavs break into a run, my wife saw a few localised bits of trouble in the crowd. She was clipped by an elbow in the face as one member of the crowd took his top off to show off his muscles to intimidate another member of the crowd off differing race hurling insults at him. (She's fine, just a bump - but could have been nasty)
It all died down pretty quickly as the thugs legged it (Yeah, well done guys, really impressive) Stupid, dumb, racist bastards.

The police did a great job considering they had a racist protest, a counter protest and huge crowds of onlookers all to sort out.

Actually really enjoyed this protest, had a lot of fun, but yeah megaphones need to be sorted...

After i had been to Oasis i popped into HMV and heard aload of screams, looking out of the door i saw all the nazi/bnp/tits bombing it down new street generally causing a fuss and falling over...

Yeah got to agree as much as i loved the rendition of Full Life Consequences, i don't think its suitable for Raids....
also, for once, apart from ppl with foot ache taking a break, everyone was doing something... it was... strange...

Alll in all a good raid, much fun and great time :]
