Been a while since we've actually seemed to do anything as far as many globally would realise, so I reckon this miniraid week could be worth posting about.

What I'm basically after is a series of mini-reports for each day you were there. So if you went Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, just a short summary of what happened each day. A couple of people each day, and I'll pull it all together into one report for the whole week.

Any pics/vids etc anyone happens to have would be appreciated too.

Wednesday

5 of us there.
Sci's were out when we turned up, went back inside pretty much right away, as per.
Discussion with the police about threats the sci's had made earlier (You can't do this, we'll get Wheeler to come arrest you).
Not many leaflets, we shifted the ones we had though.
Fairly uneventful.

Thursday
No scilons out as we arrived, carried on to <REDACTED>. On return, still no scilons, raided anyway.
LaserEyes then appeared, pretending to look for jobs, waving and OH HAI caused him to retreat.
Still no scilons.
Leaflets handed out.
theOTHERdave walked by
Still no scilons.
Partyvan arrived, probably because of scilon BAWWing. No police got out, partyvan left.
Still no scilons.
More leaflets.
Still no scilons.
Pub.
Still no scilons.
Fin.

Friday
3 attending.
Arrived, 2 scilons out.
Raided, scilons went up new street toward victoria square instead of straight to org, probably hoping we would follow.
Damage leafletted more than Carter and myself put together.
Scud's scilon totti arrived and asked us if we had anything better todo. Replied we were getting our recommended hours of daylight for vitamin d production, she left for org.
No scilons at 6pm, left and doubled back to check, still no scilons.
Fin.

MONDAY
Scilon fled after 15 seconds, some leafleting, pretty quiet
Win

WEDNESDAY
2 Scilons fled after about 20 seconds, leafleting, pretty quiet
Win

FRIDAY
2 Scilons fled towards Victoria square almost immediately.
We were mercilessly Lasered from the org entrance by the full OT mastery of LaserEyes. Thankfully we were saved at the last minute by waving at him until he went away. Several Scilons went past carrying Tesco bags at intervals. I think Laser Eyes was using his powers to protect his minions doing the HTR (Hubbard Tesco Rundown).
Damage most Upstat for leafleting. Group of youths shouting 'Satanist!' thinking we were Scilons. Once Damage clarified we were protesting against the CoS, they came back, apologised and all took a leaflet
Win

O Lawd. What a day. Win and fail evens out, IMO. I was the only one to bring leaflets, which were the left overs from yesterdays' miniraid (no more than 50 leaflets?). After handing these out to the passers by, we stayed for another 20-30mins and moved out to pub. Carter and Virion left us at that time, so shame really as they kinda wasted their time, being there for hardly any time.

Thanks go to Rus and Falco for buying me my drinks, and sorry Falco fo' nearly getting your ass barred >.<

Food was good [Om nom nom].
P.S, I would've walked you to your bus stop, Rus, but I kinda had my hands full - what with all those burgers, chicken nuggets, drink and McFlurry tongue.gif

I don't think Saturday was a complete washout. I'd been scoping the area out since about 12ish that day, didn't see a single Scilon, so it wasn't a waste of time me turning up. No scilons showed during the (short) raid either. Unless they have some alternate recruiting ground then I think the week of miniraids has left them somewhat wilting.
Perhaps a week of statcrashing has shown that they're all PTS and they were being sec checked all day? I call that a win.

It'd be nice to think it's our influence, and maybe it is, but being a bookathon weekend it's entirely possible they went to another location so that they could legally sell stuff on the street.

EDIT: A week of mini-raids is a win in any case, sorry I couldn't attend.
